CEUCOM is a commmunity portal aiming at searching for and building links among companies, local governments, institutions and non-governmental organizations in Hungary and the neighbouring regions of the surrounding countries.
Organizations are emphasized in the system. Contacts are defined as follows:
- Two organizations are in contact if they have any common projects or jobs.
- An organization and a person are in contact if the person is employee or member of the organization.
- Two people are in contact if one of them adds the other person as a partner and the other person confirms it.
The communication system (Newsboard, Chat, Messages) helps build and maintain connections between organizations.
